Day 5. 365grateful - the Liz Earle range

This morning a parcel from Liz Earle arrived which was very exciting. Liz Earle products have been a revelation for me and my skin. I could probably have ten separate days of gratefulness with different Liz Earle products. But I think that might get a bit boring! So my top five products are - cleanse and polish, superskin concentrate, orange flower body wash, deep cleansing mask and sheer skin tint. I use practically all the range but those are my absolute favourites. I love that it is a British brand that doesn't test on animals and that is amazing for my skin.

The 365 Grateful Project
In early 2008, in an effort to fight depression, Hailey Bartholomew started a year long photographic project which involved taking one Polaroid photo a day of something she felt grateful for.
I thought that this was such a fab idea I would do it as well. I have been blipping on and off recently but I lost my enthusiasm for it when I felt that every day was the same, always going to the same place. However, I think that documenting something I am grateful for each day gives it a different slant.
