Beauty within

This uninspiring hospital cubicle was actually a place where my daughter received considerate, kind and effective treatment today for her keloid scar on her ear lobe. I was struck by the contrast between the practical unlovely environment and the concern and personal service shown by the consultant who injected her scar with steroids to try to reduce the swelling. He put her completely at ease. Full marks to our NHS!
