Cap roig / Cabrocha

(Red Scorpion fish) At least I think that's what it is. Not a bad size either, but it was so furious with us I didn't dare pick it up, I just had to flick it back into the sea. Too many spines, but they are very tasty.

We had caught two other much tamer looking smily fish that slipped off gently into the twilight waves.

So Eduardo was right, they love the horrible looking ragworm things, with terrfiying hooky mouthparts (Cinokoreano on the box?) that you have to cut off first. We were too successful, and I realised if we caught anything bigger, we weren't equipped to deal with it. Time to unravel a few yards of knots and go home to fried eggs. I wish I could blog the sunset shots, but I can't seem to get access from my wifi downstairs. Fishy business that.
