He's the manager of The Hollybush in Church Broughton, where they do the best food around. We took Sav's mum there for lunch as it was her 70th birthday last month and we couldn't be there then. They had the roast beef and I had vegetarian kofta kebabs, with hummus, salad and a sweet chilli dip. Puds were - lemon syllabub, choc fudge cake and syrup roly poly. Everything is made on the premises and is delicious!

Can't wait for Xmas eve as we've already booked ourselves in for lunch, adding in my mum and brother too. By then we'll have forgotten what we've chosen from the menu, so it'll all be a nice surprise ( 3 courses for £19.50, can't complain at that, so anyone local get yourselves over there ).
