Yellow Begonia

Another flower today, this time it is a yellow begonia. I still have lots of double red and pink begonias flowering, but this is the only one which is a single bloom without all the frills. The centre is the same colour as the petals and has a different, spiral, pattern to the other begonias.

Another busy start to the week with lots of marking and students to telephone, but I will not be so busy later in the week, she says hopefully!

Many thanks to everyone who enquired about Dougal, his paw is healing nicely and he has been outside today; only for a very short while as it is very windy here; he is not keen on the wind.
