Mondays...

I had the most gorgeous start to the day as I drove up to Banbury to have a session with my Personal Trainer . The sun was shining down on the leaves which ranged in colour from greens, browns, oranges and reds. A deer even ran across the road right in front of me dodging the traffic as if it knew exactly how to....the music provided by the radio was befitting of my happiness!

And then I had a fab workout which involved getting the boxing gloves which I love! All Mondays should be like this ;0)
