Bread

I forgot to get bread today so I made some instead. I've spent ages tweaking recipes, flour and different yeasts to get the best loaf. Today I couldn't be bothered so I bunged it all together and used fast action yeast and it was the best one yet. It took half an hour to make it and leave it proving so it was quicker than going to the supermarket.
