Tay Rail Bridge

Woke up early this morning and headed out in search of a sunrise, but far too cloudy for that, so had to settle for taking some early morning blips of the Tay Rail Bridge.

I pass this quite a lot, but its been a while since I've actually parked up and taken a wander. When I did this morning i found that the telescope to view the bridge must have been vandalised some time back, as its no longer a telescope or coin operated, but instead its now just a tube with two plastic inserts that don't magnify or anything (and which are really dirty so its very hard to see through). Whats the point Dundee Council, it should either work or be removed.
