Last Daisy Standing....

Had a lovely night at Aileen's birthday meal last night. Good food, good wine and good company. Lovely :))

Lie in this morning. D even brought me tea & toast in bed! Must be looking for another weekend away....oh wait, he's off again at the end of the month, this time to Northumberland. Two boys' weekends away in one month??!!! All right for some! I really must get my act together and organise a girls' weekend away!

Braved the back bedroom again this afternoon. Still no ironing done but have gone through the piles and extracted all the stuff that won't be worn again till next summer so the tip has been taken off the ironing iceberg!

Felt the need for some fresh air after that so wandered into the garden and spotted the very last daisy in our back garden.....not only our last daisy of the season but the last daisy ever in this garden for me. We'll be long gone by the time they return. Just had to blip it.
