B*****d trench

OK, I am well aware that this looks the same as yesterdays blip, but I assure you it's a completely different bit of earth. This is at college, my veg plot is at Forty Hall Farm.

Anyway we'd been learning how to do single digging and this is my finished disaster. I know it doesn't look that bad but that's because one of my fellow classmates kindly raked it over for me so it was level. I was disadvangted by selecting the only bit of ground full of clay, much like my back garden.

We didn't do double digging fortunately, but our Alan Bennett sounding tutor said it was more commonly known as B*****d trenching. Given how my back was the following day, I recken this is it's b*****d's half brother.
