Last chance Heron

I had climbed down under the Brig of Feugh Nr Banchory looking to get a shot of the leaping salmon, when I chanced on this heron ambitiously sitting at the side of the Salmon Leap, Snuck up on it and grabbed this shot, looked a bit over exposed so went to get another shot from a better position and bugger me! the battery died and I had no spare.... Still not to shabby and is still worth clicking magnify to bigify.

Also picked enough Brambles (blackberries to non Scots) to make a bottle of Bramble Whisky Liqueur, should be ready in a couple of months... can't wait
