Social Run

Today was a day when I could have been spoilt for blips, I met up with friends for a run. The picture shows us descending into Swindale in the East of the Lake District.
The evening was spent at the Bob Graham presentation evening at Shap Wells hotel, I was there to support friends who had completed the Bob Graham round (66 miles and 28,000 ft of ascent over 42 Lakeland peaks in less that 24 hours).

I recognised and introduced myself to Stusod who was collecting his certificate.
