Construction site

In the evening, all workers have gone, the scraper has been left where it had scraped a hole.
This construction site is located in a developing island from where we can see both Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower.

I don't know if the "CAT" has its feeling, but if so, it must be dreaming of those coming days when this site becomes one of the famous places in this city.
