It's raining, it's pouring

. . . or siling down as we say in Yorkshire. Apparently we have the Vikings to thank for that bit of dialect, it doesn't seem to translate to Scotland though.

It rained all day today, made me quite glad I was working. We weren't very busy, everyone must have decided to stay at home. After work I walked home, which took about 30 minutes, I was glad I'd got a brolly with me.
