Mud Bath

Day 10 of our holiday in Dalyan.

Today we had a boat trip along the the Çayi River to Köycegiz lake where we started the day off with a refreshing mud bath and soak in the hot spring bath.

This was followed by a trip back up the river to Iztuzu Beach for a dip in the sea and a BBQ lunch on the boat. It was then back up the river for another swim in a part of the lake with an underground hot spring. This meant that the water was cold for the top couple of feet or so and then warm.
