Catching Up

I saw this in my manager's office. It inspire's confidence!!

Water pipe repaired today, so can wash hair again - Yipee!

You don't appreciate water being on tap when you want it, until you don't have it. Our water was only off for 24hrs, I don't know how people manage without it. We take so much for granted. We had to carry water from next door to drink and cook with, although hot water was available until the tank emptied.

Now we've got to deal with insurance company for our property and downstairs neighbour who was also affected by the leak - 1st claim in 23 years , not sure how to make claim - but will soon find out.

This comment struck a chord with me.
