Big R's Salsa!

While I'm on the couch recouping, Big R is busy as a beaver today! He has taken the hooligans out --they've been cooped in house and car all week. Then he bathed them both so they smell nice and sweet. Next he made a trip to the Redmond market and stocked up on salsa making ingrediants and has produced several jars of delicious salsa to be enjoyed over the cool winter months! He got me a nice cool rag to take the edge off the fever too which was quite helpful. I would put his recipe on here but he just told me he modified it somewhat so a no go! He seems to have gained all the energies I have lost this week.
