Workaround for the compact camera problem

I have lacked a compact camera for blipping for months now. Today i bougt an old Minolta G400 for £25 - until I can afford the Canon PowerShot G9 :-) - this is a first wee test of the macro. The camera is small and light as desired, and picture camera seems to be ok for such an old mid-range compact. Only problem is that it doesn't seem to write proper EXIF data :-(

I'm a bit sad I wasn't able to blip a lot in the last few weeks, and I hope to improve in the weeks to come. At least I managed to snap two other blips in the last two weeks:
