Dreich n drizzly

It's been dreich n drizzly all day. It's really had to imagine that we ever put plans in place for water shortages or drought here.

This is a conifer at the front of the house that has grown to around 6 foot and is looking like a dead ringer for some Xmas lights this year!!

I went to the tip today to get rid of an old lawn mower and picked up a couple of straps of wood to fix a bit of floor in the lounge where the boards were sagging. Don't know if I can blame Nays pals this time.

Crawling about under the house plays havoc with my knees now and it's no longer a doddle to wriggle through some of the spaces. I even look out my mobile phone as an accessory now in case the worst happens and I get stuck!

Anyway floor fixed and some old wood recycled.
