We headed back to the Chinese Gardens at Jurong this morning. The main intention was to let the kids feed the turtles at the "Live Turtle and Tortoise Museum".
They had a great time, but their antics did not lend themselves to decent blips. I was going to go with a blip of the pagodas, or some of the other wildlife in the park, but I felt I had to do something with a shell.
This fella popped up at one of the less attractive ponds. He's billed as an 82 year old Giant Indian River Turtle (of Fortune) and he seems quite cheery for his age.
We headed back through the adventure play ground and the Japanese Gardens, getting the train back into town just in time to catch the quarter finals of the rugby. E got to take part in a lucky dip because her father drank three pints of lager, she won an Ireland rugby top; guess what uncle Shaun's getting for Christmas!
