Steering wheel why?

I live somewhere I consider to be one of the most beautiful places in the British Isles.

For years I have been wondering what motivates people to dump their rubbish in locations such as this. It takes so much more effort than going to the tip!

Man's "interaction" with nature continues to baffle me.

Still looking on the bright side it has provided me with a number of interesting blips.
