Not lamb shanks......

.....it was supposed to be but I couldn't get any yesterday! No chance of taking a better shot, this chicken is already in the oven and starting to smell rather nice......got the firstborn and the granddaughter coming for a late lunch/early tea before going to visit my Ma.......catch y'all laters!
