Old Port Structure

This old structure sits forlornly by the harbor entrance, surrounded by the breakwater and shingle washed in by the tides. I don't know what its original purpose was, but there is an old winch on one side and a rusty davit on the other and cupboard type structure on top.
I have photographed it many times, but the picture still eludes me, maybe a different time, a change of light????
Anyway I played with some filters for this.
