Pipevine Swallowtail

This Pipevine Swallowtail Butterfly was desperate for food today. The weather suddenly turned cold, the wind blew and the flowers started to fall from their stems. Our first cold front of the season. It really did feel good after our normal hot summer.

I have missed a few days of posting for a some fairly good reasons. I am taking a writing class through the University of AZ. I also belong to two book clubs. I also take photos for artists that need a CD burned of their artworks, etc. Lots of excuses. All needed my attention for the past two weeks. I have been reading at lot and trying to write. Finally finished my book for the grandchildren, "ABCs Of The Desert".
I use my IMAC along with IPhoto for my books.
