The Four Horsemen leave their mark

With the news today that everything seems to be signed for the new shop and that we should get the keys tomorrow I remembered about this.

One of the things you can do in the shop is have kids hand or footprints done in paint or imprints in clay and despite every attempt I don't think we managed more than one of our kids at a time. Somehow LaLudette managed to get all four near a slab of clay one afternoon though and over the next three weeks she turned it into this.

I love it. Simple but very effective.

Now if we could only get the kiln on the go again I'll get to see all the new stuff she's been working on :)
