self portrait

I took this for a college brief.
this is my self portrait.
I know it seems very dark, but I believe that everyone is dark really. on the inside even if they don't know it yet, in my life a few things have happened to me that has changed the way I am, not many people see the more deep side to me. As I ooze many characteristics that I have formed. the white contacts have not been blended in because I wanted them to be sharp and noticeable to show "nothing"

Within my life I have lost people I love in my life such as all my grandparents, but also I am a child of divorced parents. these things have impacted my life.

But to be honest maybe I just want my parents to be proud of me.
