A visit to the woods!!

A beautiful day today....yeah!! Took a trip to Pollock park and spent time just wandering around all the beautiful woodland walks!! Took lots of shots....and generally relaxed!! :-))

Out of all the shots I took, for some reason this one stood out!! Isn't it funny how that happens, and how different scenes affect us all so differently. I had scenes with richer colour, probably better composition...yet this one with a large trunk right in the middle was my favourate. The bark was amazing, but it was the light and shadows that really won me over....

Trying to finally upload more photos for my course, but they will not upload...take it that it's just a busy time!! Hope so!! Enjoying it though!!

Was very bad today too...went food shopping in M&S...SUCH a bad idea!! Now they sell these fruit, gum sweets called Percy Pigs...and I tell you...they should be banned!! And as if they're not a big enough temptation...you can get a bag of Percy Pig and Pals!!! I mean...he should not be allowed to HAVE pals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can any sweet toothed person resist!!! An outrage!!
