Does what it says in the tin?

Who'd have thought I would find a perfect heart shape in a tin of cat food? One of those unexpected finds that give you a silly little glow.

The day was a bit of blur. I walked with Charlotte and then mowed the lawn, deciding in a moment of madness to mow along the road too. It's a job I hate, but it has to be done. The girls and I baked and then I tiptoed away to do some work. Even with my 'Do Not Disturb' look the children were in and out needing me for this and that. I need a big box with a big window to work in, complete with kettle and megaphone so that when any of them dare to approach I can boom 'Move away from the box....'
