Rotting Away

Something a bit different from me for a change. I have seen this old gatepost on many occassions while out with the boys and always thought that it would make a good blip subject one day and today was that day. I reckon it was all the spray off the sea that has helped wear it away.

I have never known there to be a gate on here as far back as I can remember (and that's a long way before any of you say it) and there is now one of those folding aluminium posts sin the middle to stop cars going down. The path goes down th the shore where a water treatment plant I think it is sits.
