copyism

I found a photo book an the shelf today and decided to recreate a shot from it just for something to do.
Miss scarlet made a great model and has much more beautiful eyebrows than the original girl. The light in the original is also harder and I couldn't find any proper glass beads but it's near enough.
Can anyone name the famous tog who did the original back in the 1930s?
