Golden Reflections.

I'm sorry my blip-stories this week have been work-related rants. That resulted in comments about blipping the shop window! Just in case I saw no swans flying past the moon, reflected in a lake tonight, I took a couple of shots this morning.

It was then that I noticed how the amber bracelet was being reflected in the gold foil wrapping paper I had used to line the bottom of the window.

I was glad I found a bit of sparkle after the hailstones because the day got worse! My young assistant who had so much enjoyed helping me set up the window almost entirely with amber on Tuesday came in today with her resignation! Boo hoo!

She has been with me for nearly two years, a day or two a week. Her mum also worked for me at the time of Blip Together. I am pleased for her. She's gained, with me, the experience and confidence to walk into a city national chain of jeweller's and apply for a full-time job!

HELP! It will soon be Christmas and I need some time off to become a Grannie! And, yes, Annie, before you ask, I would give you a job if you lived here!
