Gotta love party people!

Here I am, riding my bike. Just as I am approaching a bridge, the alarms go off signalling that it is going to open for boats to pass. So I figure I might as well take a picture of the boat that is passing by.

As soon as the boat comes in to view, this girl sees me and starts waving and cheering like mad. Then all the other girls join in waving and cheering "wooo hooo, wooo hooo!", so I quickly take another shot and wave back. At that point they even used a loudspeaker to cheer with! XD
