Juno and I strolled round the hill, not a sole about.

Work was a smile of SAS.

Ran to football, we had a very relaxed session and focused on short sided games with conditions. Finished off with the girls favourite shooting drill, they were pretty chirpy at the end.

A huge game on Sunday, hope they are up for it.

Back home and our new regime is working, eco daughter realised she had no school clothes so loaded up the washing machine, washed and even hung it all up. I had to sit down.
