Pound a bunch

...don't think they'll last long but couldn't resist the lavish feeling of carrying a huge bundle of dahlias through town.

Sad to hear about the loss of Steve Jobs first thing this morning, by i-phone ironically, or fittingly...I've been reading lots about his approach to doing business recently, especially his ability to encourage innovation. Truly inspiring stuff.

In other apple-related news I managed to churn out a couple of dozen jars of apple and cucumber chutney and huge pan of stewed apple, damson and plum.

In non-apple related news had my first pole dancing class tonight. It was brilliant. I am addicted. I want to hook my leg around a pole every time I stand up!
