time and space

when it comes to certain jobs, i'm always short of time - or rather, there are jobs i won't do unless i'm in the mood. i'm generally pretty good about pruning my stuff (helped by moving house a lot), but recently it's become difficult to shut the drawers in the chest under the window. finally i was in the mood to deal with it this morning and so now have a binliner full of stuff to go to oxfam (or wherever) and drawers that close. unfortunately, i have to go to work shortly, so the wardrobe will have to wait for another day...

a good clear-out is good for the soul tho, so despite being disappointed yet again elsewhere, i'm still reasonably calm and well-balanced. it'll disappear when i get to work, but at least there's an hour of peace til then!
