Swaps

One of the cafes in Kirkwall has a recipe swap line on the wall. Last time I was in it was all leek & tattie soup and bannocks hanging there but it's all gone very international over the summer.

Nice to think of folk in Spain and Oz making leek and tattie soup and bunnos. I'm sure we can rustle up the paella ingredients hereabout but the kangaroo might be a little bit harder to locate.

Me? I just swapped some cash for a coffee and a fruit scone and jam.
