Another sunny day

I had to pop out to buy some ironmongery. There is a shortcut via the 'Mill Road Cemetery' which made for a few quiet moments. I spotted these two graves, the people ( both called Eliza Curtis ) died over a hundred years ago, the flowers are fresh. It was a lovely thing to see.

The cemetery is very close to our office in part of Cambridge which expanded rapidly after the arrival of the railway. Bordered by Victorian terraces on three sides it is also next to the rather grandly titled ' Anglia Ruskin University' which used to be called ' Cambridge College of Arts and Technology'. I had a very brief flirtation with higher education there when we first moved to Cambridge. Not my best move, still the bar was good;)
