Anemone Flower

Other than going for a walk later this afternoon I have not left the house.
It was a grey day with a mean easterly wind, but the sun did come out later.

Another Anemone today. But this is not the little woodland variety that I have been photographing - the little blue and white ones.

This is the larger variety, and they have been flowering in my garden since July when I first photographed them. That is pretty amazing to have had all these flowers for over 12 weeks. I still have purple, red and white ones flowering in the garden.
I like photographing the white ones the most and showing the texture in their petals, and they have beautiful centres.
