KOPPARBERG!

Whenever I visited my dad in England, Kopparberg ciders were my #1 standby. I don't like beer as a general rule, and I never quite felt right drinking wine with a massive plate of delicious deep-fried pub food, so Kopparberg was my best friend. I've spent years (literally) trying to find a way to get it shipped to the US, with no luck. And then, just yesterday, I discovered that it's now available in the US, but only in New York City...AND ATLANTA!

And then I discovered that it's actually been very widely distributed in Atlanta.

And then I discovered that it's available at the package store less than a mile from my condo!

All day long I looked forward to my evening commute, and I nearly jumped for joy when I saw those bottles on the shelf. I bought 4 for starters, though I'll need to ration them since they're a bit pricey and WOW that's a lot of calories.

Just as good as I remember, though. I took one sip and thought, "Mmmmm...tastes like England*."
*I'm aware that it's actually a Swedish brand, but *I* associate it with England ;)

I miss England.
