Mango

Saw this leaf today that reminded me of a mango with its bright green and red mottled pattern. A welcome splash of colour on such a dismal day! Took this with the HDR (hence the slight ghosted image) but didn't need to edit it - it really was this bright!

Thanks for the comments about my sunflowers yesterday, was really pleased with the reception the pic got. Think I might start an Autumn/Winter mini-series of bright, cheerful colours, whether natural or man-made. As ValleyAllBlack commented, it is really 'nice to see sunshine on a miserable day'. Hope today's blip fits the bill again.
