Friendly Sheep

I went for a really long walk. I hadn't actually intended to, and had set off wearing flip flops but, on one of the hottest days of the year, I ended up walking about 12 miles! So you could say I'd got rather carried away...!!

Met a really lovely lady on the way, and walked for a time with her and her lovely German Shepherd, Molly. Shortly after leaving her I came across these two sheep. They obviously knew I was Welsh as they were really friendly, came up to the fence and took the grass I was offering them out of my hand. I suspect they were rather thirsty, which wasn't good on a day like today.

I eventually got home at about 2.30pm (stopped for lunch in a pub on the way back!!), and just sat in the garden enjoying the late summer sunshine all afternoon!
