sam had a victorian school day yesterday, slates, quills, canes, strict victorian teacher, the works. I'm just relieved I remembered he had to dress up, leaving work late before grabbing a £6 flat cap from tesco at 10pm, realising there was a reason that I accidently washed dave's suit waistcoat and shrunk it afterall - so it could fit sam, and thanking the stars that we get to keep the white shirt from the kilt hire outfit the week before to complete the look, job done.
