CARTILAGE MAN

It seemed fitting seeing I'm doing a bit of work for the Close-up workshop on the 16th of Oct and also with the terrible news about our Rugby Hero - Daniel Carter having a torn ( something) of the groin, that I put up a MICROSCOPIC picture of a slither of Human Cartilage.

Its not that easy to get it sharp as most will know, the closer you get to your subject the more difficult it is to get depth of field, hence sharpness. I was resonably happy with this and it gave me the opportunity to practice the old skills.

No its not Daniel Carters' - it comes from a prepared medical slide - and no I'm not a medical person either - but I'm keenly interested in the " little world" as well as birds.

As someone said after yesterdays closeup - it was a continuing bird theme being a closeup of feather - This one doesnt make the grade. Sorry bird lovers.
