Spent the morning with SWMBO and the Cygnet - then headed off to have the car serviced.
The nice guys at the garage not only serviced it and washed it (as usual) but they also valeted the inside.
That is the sort of service that got them my return buisness and and sales to a couple of people I know ..... word of mouth can be a very powerful tool.
(It also turns out the chat I had with a guy on the forecourt about my car tipped him over the edge and he is buying one).
