One Pizza to Another

One of my best friend's came over the other day to hang out with me and Jase. He's actually my ex from about 3 years ago. We were together for almost 4 years, but we had a decent break up, and have remained great friends. Our relationship actually reminds me of "The New Adventures of the Old Christine" where Christine still remains close with her ex-husband and his new wife.

...and yes, Jason is totally cool with the friendship, because he is awesome like that.

Anyway, T was telling Jase and I about this phenomenal pizza he had just made, and it inspired us, so away we went to the store for some ingredients. The end product is what you see here. The most delectable pizza I have tasted in quite some time. (< nomnomnomnomnom

I'll call it the Roasted Chicken & Pesto Pizza!

Recipe:
Spread olive oil over the pizza dough
Cover with pesto
Add garlic and spread
Add sliced roma tomatoes
Add feta cheese
Add fresh basil
Add artichoke hearts
Add sliced olives - black
Add roasted chicken, broken up (we grabbed a whole one, ready to go, from the store)
Slather with mozzarella and cracked pepper...
BAKE!

Drool.

...and devour.
