They say it changes when the sun goes down

Been thinking lately about moving on from Southend and maybe Essex in general to find greener pastures (and a more exciting job...)

But I found my self drawn like seemingly every other person in the South East to the beach... in October... (And they say it will snow at the weekend!)

Talking about the weather seems to be one of those conversations you default to if there really is no other way out of one of those excruciatingly awkward silences, so this is not what this blip is about.

This is me thinking I'm going to miss Southend, the over-blipped sunrises and sun sets.

And yes. Even the strange Essex boys and girls in even stranger hats that live here.
