Lucky for Whom?

Unfortunately the engine on this boat died a month or so ago, so the owners, who don't actually in or near the village, dragged it up onto the slip. It isn't on a trailer, they just dragged it with their 4 wheel drive! This means it is difficult for anyone else to move, and is blocking access to the slip for any other trailers. Luckily, at this time of the year there aren't many boats wanting to use it, but this sort of thing is really not on! Rant over!

A lovely light today, between the showers and before the horrendous gales later in the day. Crossing the Churchill Barriers to get into town for choir rehearsal last night was decidedly dicey, especially in the dark coming home! Oh joy - the start of things to come over the winter!
