History prize

Kariba won this cup last year in her last year of school - the "Roy Smith History Cup". As you can see it has quite a history itself being issued for the first time in 1949.

It was very hard to photograph but as I have to take it back to school for this year's prize giving, I wanted to record it. I wonder where they will have their ceremony this year - the Town Hall being out of action.
