Field of Grass

Was on my way to get some gardening tools and have passed by this field 1000's of times. Today it hit me differently some how and I went back and grabbed the DSLR instead of using the X100. The field always has been pretty much a field for bailing hay but due to the lack of rain it did not produce like it should have. It was a bit thinner and the grass had grown extremely tall due to not being bailed. I use an 85mm L at f/1.2 and captured one of the taller stalks and this is an unaltered shot. I took several shots but really loved the way this shot turned out. If I were to look at it, I would say it was an altered image but it is a RAW file converted out of the camera with Canon's DPP program to a jpeg file. I really love the way the 85mm L f/1.2 can produce the most enjoyable bokeh. Enjoy...
