Our ability to communicate with each other over great distances and speed is taken very much for granted these days. Sometimes I am forced to think back to the days when the only way you knew where someone had been was when they came home and told you. When you had to look at the clock and assume that the person you were waiting for was on the train. When some how you managed to get through your day without knowing that some person you'd never met or ever would, had just had steak and kidney pie for dinner. Technology I love it.
